Customer Service winner 3 years running.............Yea right. Oh I know what it must be....the real customer service people are on holidays and we have FRIGGIN' MONKEYS replacing them. Yea that makes a shit load more sense now. Don't know why I didn't see that any earlier. Anyone have a banana??
